Gold tries to sustain rebound momentum above $4,020

Gold’s 4-hour chart shows strong recovery momentum, rising above the first resistance level of $4,136. The metal continues to trade above the 50-, 100-, and 200-period moving averages, underscoring persistent buying interest from the recent trough at $3,890. The RSI hovers around 70, signaling overbought conditions, though no clear signs of a trend reversal have emerged. Bulls are eyeing a possible breakout above $4,270, which could open the path toward the peak of $4,382. Alternatively, a move below $3,970 would expose downside risks, suggesting protracted weakness.

EURUSD
The EUR/USD 4-hour chart maintains a bullish bias, trading near 1.1570 after rebounding from recent lows below 1.1500. The pair remains above the 20- and 50-period moving averages, reflecting sustained short-term buying momentum. However, the previous swing around 1.1630 presents a key resistance zone. The RSI hovers near 60, indicating strengthening bullish momentum with room for further upside. The formation of higher lows above 1.1540 reinforces rebound interest, but a clear break above 1.1630 then 1.1670 is needed to confirm a bullish reversal. Failure to overcome this supply zone could invite renewed selling pressure, pulling the pair back toward prior lows.

S&P 500
The S&P 500 remains above a rising trendline from August 2025. It has since recovered, breaking above immediate resistance at 6835. However, momentum is easing, and the RSI’s bearish divergence signals potential caution. The 6740-6800 is a key demand area to gauge follow-up interest.
