Gold Technical Analysis
Gold opened the week with a bullish recovery, trading near $4,092 after rising from Friday’s $4,053 close. Price was below the 5-hour moving average at approximately $4,098. This showed that the broader hourly recovery remained intact, although momentum weakened after the early rise toward $4,116.
Immediate resistance was located around $4,098–$4,100. The early-session high near $4,116 was the next upside test. Initial support was located around the 10-hour average at $4,080–$4,081, followed by the 20-hour moving average near $4,071 and the $4,053 opening area. An hourly close above $4,100 could restore momentum and support another test of $4,116. A sustained move below $4,080 would weaken the recovery and expose $4,071, followed by $4,053.

Brent Technical Analysis
Brent futures remained in a bearish hourly structure following the sharp decline triggered by the pause in U.S.-Iran attacks. The active contract traded near $88.16, slightly above the 5-hour moving average at $87.81 but well below the 10-hour average at $92.66 and the 20-hour average at $94.96. The large distance below the longer short-term averages confirmed that the market had not yet recovered from the gap lower.
Immediate resistance was located around the early-session ceiling at $88.60. The next stronger barriers were the 10-hour average near $92.66 and the 20-hour average around $94.96. Initial support was located at the 5-hour average near $87.81, followed by the early-session low around $85.82.
An hourly close above $88.60 could support a corrective recovery, but Brent would need to reclaim $92.66 before the broader hourly outlook improved.
A move below $87.81 would restore immediate selling pressure and bring $85.82 back into focus.

Nasdaq-100 Futures Technical Analysis
Nasdaq-100 futures attempted to maintain their opening recovery near 28,629. Price was slightly below the 5-hour moving average at 28,633 but remained above the 10-hour average at 28,514 and the 20-hour average at 28,542. The positioning suggested improving short-term momentum, although the failure to hold the opening high showed that buyers had not yet established full control.
Immediate resistance was located around the 5-hour average near 28,633, followed by the opening-range high between 28,728 and 28,734. Initial support was found within the 28,514–28,542 moving-average area. Friday’s settlement near 28,282 remained the broader gap-support level if the recovery failed.
An hourly close above 28,633 could support another test of 28,728–28,734.
A sustained move below 28,514 would weaken the recovery and increase the risk of a deeper gap retracement toward 28,282.
