Daily Technical Analysis | Dow Jones advances higher, breaking above 52,000 psychological level

Brent Technical Analysis

Brent crude is trading around $108.28, pulling back after failing to sustain its advance toward the recent high of $110.410.

Price is trading below the moving averages MA5, MA10, and MA20. The moving averages are also positioned in bearish order, suggesting that the recent upward momentum has weakened and sellers currently have the short-term advantage.

Immediate support is located around $108.00, followed by $107.09 and the $106.50 area. On the upside, resistance is found around $109.05, followed by $109.80 and the recent high at $110.41.

A sustained break below $108.00 could extend the correction toward $107.09. However, a recovery above $109.05 would indicate improving buying interest and could open the way toward $109.80.

Outlook is bearish in the short term. Brent remains vulnerable to further downside unless it reclaims the $109.05 resistance area. A break below $108.00 would strengthen the bearish scenario.

Dow Jones Technical Analysis

Dow Jones is trading around 52,125, extending its recovery after rebounding from the recent low of 50,658.

The moving averages MA5, MA10, and MA20 strongly support the bullish outlook. Their upward alignment indicates sustained buying pressure, while the latest candles suggest that buyers remain in control.

Immediate resistance is located around 52,133–52,269, with the latter representing the next visible chart level. A sustained breakout above this zone could open the way toward the next psychological milestone at 52,500.

On the downside, initial support is located around 52,040, followed by 51,982 and the broader support zone around 51,830–51,912. A pullback toward these levels would not necessarily invalidate the bullish structure, provided buyers defend the moving-average support zone.

A confirmed breakout above 52,269 would strengthen the bullish momentum. Conversely, a sustained move below 51,830 would signal that the rally is losing strength and could lead to a deeper correction.

Gold Technical Analysis

Gold is trading around $4,191, recovering after a correction from its recent high of $4,217. The precious metal rebounded from the $4,150–$4,160 area, with the latest bullish candles indicating renewed buying interest.

The moving averages have turned more constructive. Their alignment suggests that short-term momentum has improved and that buyers have regained some control following the previous decline.

Immediate resistance is located around $4,194–$4,200, followed by $4,217 and the $4,227 region. On the downside, initial support is found around $4,178–$4,173, followed by $4,161 and the recent low near $4,105.

A sustained break above $4,200 could encourage another test of $4,217. A confirmed breakout above that high would strengthen the recovery and potentially open the way toward $4,227.

However, failure to overcome the $4,200 resistance area could trigger renewed consolidation. A move below $4,173 would weaken the short-term bullish structure and expose the $4,161 support zone.
