1. The following terms and conditions are legally binding. By participating in this promotion, you agree to these terms.

2. To participate in this promotion, client must opt-in to be part of this Promotion by confirming his or her decision via client portal.

3. The minimum net deposit required for this promotion is 50 USD.

4. Participants can earn 20 USD for each USD 1,000,000 in notional volume on completed closed trades.

5. The total cashback amount available for this promotion is USD 999,999. Once this amount has been fully distributed, no further cashback will be awarded. The cashback is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

6. Only trades on Stock products offered by STARTRADER will be eligible under this promotion.

7. Accounts registered under the same name are eligible to participate and will have their performance aggregated for the purpose of this promotion.

8. Internal transfers, balance or cash adjustments of any kind will not be considered new deposits and therefore will not be counted towards this Promotion.

9. In order to qualify as eligible transactions for this promotion, positions must be maintained for a minimum duration of five (5) minutes.

10. This promotion can be used in conjunction with other promotional privileges.

11. During the promotional period, STARTRADER reserves the right to disqualify participants, revoke eligibility, deduct improperly obtained promotional benefits, or terminate its business relationship with any client found to be in material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Improper or abusive trading behavior includes, but is not limited to, the following:

i. Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address with the intent to exploit promotions;
ii. Engaging in arbitrage trading using multiple accounts, whether within STARTRADER or across different brokers;
iii. Using strategies such as scalping, high-frequency trading, latency arbitrage, or malicious hedging in a way that disrupts platform integrity;
iv. Placing abnormally large or disproportionate trades during key trading periods without a sound trading rationale;
v. Replicating similar trades across accounts to artificially increase exposure;
vi. Concentrating trading activity on a narrow range of products in a way that creates abnormal risk conditions;
vii. In bonus-related promotions, allocating more than 70% of trading volume to a single product or maintaining a consistently one-directional trading strategy;
viii. Any other behavior deemed to be a violation of the STARTRADER Client Agreement, including behavior reasonably defined as default events or suspicious trading activity.

STARTRADER retains discretion in identifying abusive trading activity. However, we are committed to fair and reasonable evaluation and, when feasible, will provide a general explanation if promotional benefits are withheld or accounts are disqualified.

To protect platform integrity and client confidentiality, STARTRADER may not disclose detailed methodologies or internal risk detection systems used in these assessments. In the event of disputes, clients are encouraged to contact STARTRADER support for resolution.

Clients are also expected to engage respectfully in all communications. While STARTRADER respects the right to share opinions and experiences, it reserves the right to respond to defamatory or knowingly false public statements that may cause reputational harm, including by pursuing appropriate legal remedies where necessary.

12. When a client's balance becomes negative during the promotion, the bonus will be offset against the loss caused by the negative balance. When your negative balance exceeds 1000 USD, STARTRADER reserves the right to refuse the client’s request to clear the negative balance.

13. STARTRADER reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

14. Translations of these Terms and Conditions are provided for convenience only. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy, the English version shall take precedence.

15. The notional volume refers to the total value of the underlying asset in a contract.
