1.The “First Deposit 100% + Subsequent Deposits 10% Bonus up to $10,000” promotion is offered by STARTRADER to clients who make qualifying deposits during the Promotion Period. Eligible clients can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit and a 10% bonus on subsequent deposits, up to a maximum of 1,500,000 JPY (10,000 USD or account base currency).
2.By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any decisions made by the Company, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
3.Clients must opt-in to this promotion each calendar month through their client portal before making any deposits to qualify for the bonus.
4.The minimum qualifying deposit to receive a bonus under this promotion is 50,000 JPY (account base currency).
5.Eligible clients who opt-in to this promotion will receive a credit bonus based on their deposit amounts, as outlined below:
a. First Deposit Bonus: 100% of the first deposit made during the Promotion Period, up to a maximum of 75,000 JPY ( 500USD or account base currency) per calendar month.
b. Subsequent Deposits Bonus: 10% of each subsequent deposit made during the Promotion Period, or the portion of the first deposit that exceeds 75,000 JPY (500 USD or account base currency).
6.“First Deposit” refers to the initial deposit of funds into a STARTRADER trading account during the Promotion Period. The first deposit bonus can be claimed once per calendar month, provided the client opts-in before making the deposit.
7.“Subsequent Deposits” refer to any additional deposits made after the first deposit or any amount that exceeds 75,000 JPY (500 USD or account base currency) from the first deposit within the Promotion Period.
8.The total bonus credit available under this promotion is capped at 1,500,000 JPY (10,000 USD or account base currency) per eligible client at any time during the Promotion Period. (The base currency will be converted using STARTRADER’s internal exchange rate.)
Example: If the exchange rate is 150 JPY/USD, then $10,000 USD = 1,500,000 JPY.

• Example 1: If you deposit ¥50,000 as your first deposit and make no subsequent deposits, you will receive a ¥50,000 credit bonus.
• Example 2: If you deposit ¥75,000 as your first deposit and make no subsequent deposits, you will receive a ¥75,000 credit bonus.
• Example 3: If you deposit ¥175,000 as your first deposit, you will receive a ¥75,000 bonus for the first ¥75,000, and 10% of the remaining ¥100,000 (¥10,000), totaling ¥85,000 in credit bonus.
• Example 4: If you deposit ¥75,000 as your first deposit and then deposit an additional ¥100,000, you will receive a ¥75,000 bonus for the first deposit and a ¥10,000 bonus for the subsequent deposit, totaling ¥85,000 in credit bonus.
• Example 5: If you deposit ¥175,000 as your first deposit and then deposit an additional ¥100,000, you will receive a ¥75,000 bonus for the first ¥75,000, ¥10,000 for the next ¥100,000, and ¥10,000 for the ¥100,000 subsequent deposit, totaling ¥95,000 in credit bonus.
10.The bonus credit will be automatically credited to the client’s trading account as “Credit” once the deposit is made and the client has opted into the promotion.
11.The bonus credit can be used to hedge losses, and increase margin within the trading account.
12.Internal transfers, balance or cash adjustments, Introducer/Affiliate rebates or commissions of any kind will not be considered new deposits and therefore will not be counted towards this Promotion.
13.Credit amounts cannot be withdrawn. Profits made will be reflected in your account value. Similarly, any losses made will be deducted from your account value. Any profits generated from the utilization of the bonus are available for withdrawal as per our withdrawal procedure.
14.If clients choose to make an internal transfer/withdraw a portion or the entirety of their deposit and/or profits, a corresponding portion of their trading credit, or the entire credit amount, will be deducted from their account accordingly. Please note that STARTRADER still reserves the right to the credit bonus. If a client still holds a position at the time of bonus removal, please ensure that there is sufficient margin to avoid liquidation.
15.If your account equity is less than the trading credit on your account, the remaining credit may be withdrawn at our discretion, which could, in turn, force a stop out of all open positions.
16.Any indication of manipulation, fraud, or other forms of abusive behavior related to the promotion will result in the disqualification of the client from the promotion.
17.STARTRADER’s decision in respect of all matters related to the promotion will be final and binding.
18.Translations may vary slightly. In all instances, the English version shall prevail.
19.These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which STARTRADER is registered.
20.This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional privileges. If the client is already participating in an ongoing promotion, the previous promotion needs to be completed before joining a new one. If the client terminates the previous promotion before completing it, the client needs to acknowledge that all bonuses and rewards have been given up voluntarily.
21.Clients have the full obligation to keep a sufficient margin level within the promotion period, as STARTRADER may not remind you when your equity/credit is less than or equal to 120%. Withdrawal or bonus cancellation might result in a lower margin for your positions and might cause liquidation due to insufficient margin. Clients should carefully consider their risk tolerance level and financial situation prior to making any withdrawal request.
22.When a client’s balance becomes negative during the promotion, the bonus will be offset against the loss caused by the negative balance. When your negative balance exceeds 1000 USD, STARTRADER reserves the right to refuse the client’s request to clear the negative balance.
23.During the promotion, STARTRADER reserves the right to deny the client’s qualification for participation, deduct any improper profits, or even terminate the partnership with clients if any breach of these terms and conditions is found. Breach behaviors include (but are not limited to): using the same IP address to trade simultaneously, conducting multiple accounts (including STARTRADER internal accounts or between different brokers) for arbitrage, scalping, high-frequency trading, latency arbitrage, malicious hedging, trading oversized positions during trading hours, putting accounts under single exposure with multiple similar trades, trading products that are too concentrated and pose a high-risk condition, etc. (or when participating in the bonus promotion, if more than 70% of the account’s trading volume is concentrated on specific products or maintains a fixed trading direction).
Any termination of the partnership (including disqualification from events, deduction of improper profits, etc.) caused by improper trading shall be borne by the traders themselves. STARTRADER has sole discretion in determining trading methods. Additionally, for the protection of client rights and privacy, STARTRADER may not be able to provide relevant proof.
Clients participating in this event are considered to fully understand and accept the above content. If clients are judged to have engaged in improper trading behavior, they do not have the right to post malicious comments or engage in activities that would damage the reputation of STARTRADER on any social media or channels; otherwise, they will be held legally responsible.
24.If the company determines that a participant has violated the activity conditions or engaged in inappropriate trading behavior, it reserves the right to revoke their participation in the promotion or impose additional conditions, which include:
• No withdrawals will be allowed within the first 10 days after the bonus is credited to the account.
• To become eligible for withdrawal after the 10-day period, the client must have completed at least five (5) trades, with each trade lasting a minimum of five (5) minutes.
