Terms and Conditions

1.This promotion is available from 06.09.2023 and will end once the rebate pool of USD$500,000 is empty.

2.Clients are required to meet the trading requirements listed in the table below in order to receive the cash rebates.

Example A:
First USDT Deposit: $40,000

Rebate (based on 5%): $1,000
Trading Requirement: USD$50 million notional volume

3.Eligible clients will receive 5% cash rebates of their first successful USDT deposit after meeting the trading volume requirement,and the rebate capped at USD$5,000 for each client.

4.When participating with this promotion, you are allowed to join other promotions.

5.Client referred by a PAMM/MAM or money manager are not eligible to participate in STARTRADER offers.

6.If settled prematurely, payment will be issued within 30 calender days.

7.During the promotion, any breach of these Terms and Conditions of the promotion such as using the same IP address for trading at the same time, conducting unauthorized, misconduct, fraudulent or other improper usage such as arbitrage, scalping, high-frequency trading, latency arbitrage and malicious hedging with multiple accounts(including but not limited to STARTRADER internal accounts, but also between accounts of different brokers) or when joining bonus promotion, if more than 70% of the account’s trading volume is concentrated on a single product or maintains a fixed trading direction, etc.STARTRADER has the right to decline participation, immediately cancel one’s qualification, deduct improper profits and terminate the partnership with clients.

Any termination of the partnership (disqualification of promotions, deduction of improper profits, etc.) caused by imporper trading shall be borne by traders themselves. STARTRADER has sole descretion to determine the trading methods. In addition, for the protection of client’s right and privacy, STARTRADER may not be able to provide relpromotion proof.

Clients participating in this promotion are regarded as fully understanding and accepting of the content herein.STARTRADER reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against participants who violate the terms of this offer with suspicious or illegal trading behavior, or by sharing content on any media channels that STARTRADER considers to be harmful to our brand.

8.STARTRADER reserves the right of final interpretation of this promotion.

9.This promotion can not join for second time ; the promotion will be end after settlement.

10.Internal transfers, balance or cash adjustments, Introducing Broker/Affiliate rebates or commissions of any kind will not be considered as new deposits, and therefore will not be counted towards this o er.

11.Only closed trades opened longer than 10 minutes are considered for this promotion.
