1.  The website with the URL https://startraderltd.com/, https://www.starprofx.com/zh-tw/index, https://startraderhub.com/en/index, https://www.startraderfx.com/en/index1.html, https://www.startraderfex.com/tw/index1.html, https://startrader.in/, https://startraderss.com/, and its associated platform are not affiliated with our company in any way. The registration link for account opening, https://use.startraderpro.com/regeister/fast, https://user.starprofx.com/register/fast, https://user.startraderhub.com/#/registOne, https://trader.startraderfx.com/reg/real, https://trader.startraderfex.com/reg/real, https://www.sikayetvar.com/turkiye-start-trader, https://client.turkiyestartrader.com, https://turkiyestartrader.com, https://startrader.in/authUserRegister, https://crmstartraderss.com/register, and the MT4 platform provided on the website are all counterfeit links and trading software. Additionally, any promotions, activities, investment offers, or trade recommendations mentioned on that platform are unrelated to our company, and we do not assume any responsibility associated with them.

2.  The following apps, named Star Trade and Star Trade TR are fraudulent and counterfeit. We strongly advise against downloading or using them. STARTRADER disclaims any responsibility for any losses incurred due to the usage of these counterfeit apps. We urge you to exercise caution and diligence when selecting apps. If necessary, please obtain our official app from the dedicated app page on our website at https://www.startrader.com/app/.

3.  Any entities or activities impersonating our company for business purposes are entirely unaffiliated with us. This encompasses, without limitation, illegal entities using our company's name to direct clients toward promotional activities or fabricating unlawful deposit links. We bear no legal responsibility for these impostors. Please exercise vigilant discretion and avoid clicking on any links shared by such illicit entities. If you need to make a deposit, kindly access the MyAccount backend on our official website prior to proceeding.

4.  Our company operates as a legitimate platform subject to international regulations and compliance. Our official website is https://www.startrader.com, and the official app is named "STARTRADER: Online Trading App"(in iOS App Store) and "STARTRADER"(in Android App Store).Any other websites and apps resembling it are counterfeit. Please be advised that the following CFD instruments will be automatically rolled over as per the dates in the table below. As there can be a pricing difference between old and new futures contracts, we recommend clients to monitor their positions closely and manage positions accordingly.

· The rollover will be automatic. Any existing open positions will remain open.

· Positions that are open on the expiration date will be adjusted via a rollover charge or credit to reflect the price difference between the expiring and new contracts.

· To avoid CFD rollovers, clients can choose to close any open CFD positions prior to the expiration date.

· Clients should ensure that “take profits” and “stop losses” are adjusted by the rollover date.
